About the RP-182C2S

The RP-182C2S is SHI’s highest-capacity 4K Pulse Tube Cryocooler, offering exceptional performance and reliability for low-temperature applications. It delivers 1.5 W of cooling power at 4.2 K (50/60 Hz) on the second stage and features a separated valve unit to minimize vibration. This model supersedes the RP-182B2S, maintaining the same second-stage cooling capacity while significantly enhancing first-stage performance—from 36 W @ 48 K with the RP-182B2S to 42 W @ 45 K with the RP-182C2S. The pulse tube operates with a water-cooled helium compressor, providing efficient, low-vibration operation ideal for sensitive environments. * Due to the Japanese Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, this product requires an export license.
